SHIPPING

DOMESTIC

All domestic shipments are absolutely free of charge and fully insured for security purposes.

All domestic orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours after your payment has been confirmed by Chrono24.

Please allow for up to 24hrs for tracking information to update.

Note that during sales or public holidays, 1-2 days may be added to your delivery time due to the high volume of orders.

We only ship orders to the shipping addresses confirmed by Chrono24. In case you need to ship your order elsewhere, please get in touch with Chrono24’s support and update your shipping address with the marketplace.

All shipments require signature confirmation, so please make sure someone will sign for the package at the scheduled date and time of your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

All international shipments are sent with FedEx Global Services.

International customers are responsible for the shipping expenses along with all customs duties and/or other additional import fees/taxes that may appear in the receiving country.

In case our insurance coverage does not cover your country, we cannot ship the timepiece to you.

We are not providing consultations regarding the value of the import/customs duties/fees in your country. Please refer to your local authorities to determine the rates and limitations.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments made through Trusted Check-Outs.

There is a 24-48 Hour processing time window for all new orders, excluding weekends and national US holidays.

All eligible purchases are subject to state and local taxes.

WARRANTY

In addition to the International Warranty from the Manufacturer, all timepieces are covered with a 2-year Limited Warranty on the watch’s movement. It does not cover loss, damage, water, theft, or other force majeure events. Any damage caused by negligence or mishandling of the watch and/or its caliber is also not covered. In case International Manufacturer’s Warranty has the beginning date, you will get the balance of it. The in-house warranty starts on the day of your purchase.

RETURNS

We only accept returns if the reason is that you received the item not as described in its original listing. In this unlikely event, we will take the timepiece back if you have returned it within the allowed timeframe, in the same condition you received it.

The watch box picture represents Generic Brand’s Watch box and serves for representational purposes only.

The actual Watch box may vary, but it will be a 100% original relevant Brand Watch box.

An Appraisal Certificate for insurance purposes may also be provided for a $149 extra charge upon your request.

TRADE-INS

We also can take any second-hand or new watches as a trade-in, and we also accept trade-in or trade-up offers. Here are the brands we are interested in: Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Hublot, and Breitling. If your brand is not mentioned, please feel free to submit an inquiry with your timepiece information (just a few pictures, description and/or condition, and other helpful information that will help us to estimate the value of your watch) and we will get back to you soon as possible.

We are *NOT* an authorized dealer of any watch brands that are listed here on Chrono24.
